The World is Coming to Fayetteville!

Fayetteville is honored to host the 2022 Walmart UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships and welcome to world to Northwest Arkansas! This will only the second time in the 72-year history of the event, that it will be held the United States.

We are pleased to offer our purpose-built, world-class course at Centennial Park to the best cyclo-cross athletes from 30+ countries as they compete in seven events over three days.

Cyclo-cross is one of the fastest growing cycling disciplines featuring a looped course through obstacles and natural elements like mud and sand, making it a frenzied and spectator-friendly form of racing.

It’s your chance to see Olympic gold medalists, world and national champions, Tour de France stage winners and up-and-coming stars competing for Rainbow jerseys signifying UCI world champions!

3 Kilometers (1.75 Miles)
Features include: short steep hills and obstacles that may require dismounting and running with the bike.
Races take place rain or shine, making cyclo-cross riders some of the toughest across disciplines.
